Information and Rules:

There will be a limit of 3 original works of art per artist. There will be a Peoples’ Choice ballot as well as a judging of two dimensional and 3 dimensional works.  Judging will take place from 8 to 9am on November 12 2009. Art pieces shown in past shows may be exhibited, but not judged. There will be an entry fee of $3 per original piece of art and a table fee of $3 free standing art and for sale of prints and/or cards.

There will be table space for freestanding art (3 D) such as sculptures and pottery and easel space for hanging art.

Original paintngs must be framed. Use glass at your own risk.

We are featuring original works of art. Practicing artists are encouraged to attend with their original art or must have a pre-selected representative. Prints (including giclees) and cards of exhibiting artists adhering to the coffee motif may be shown.  Because of our limited table space, each artist will be limited to table space of 24” by table width (as noted above there is a charge of $3 for table space).  A limit of 10 prints may be shown at any one time. Additional prints may be added after sales, maintaining no more than 10.  Only artists who have entered original works and are in attendance may display cards and prints.

Art works shown at previous shows may be displayed on a space available basis

Please note you will not be notified unless your work is rejected

Artists are asked to help with set up and tear down of the show each day. We will need help in removing the large easels.  Also I do need some help prior.  Please call Rita if you are willing to help. 328-9175

Products other than accepted works of art, prints/giclees, and cards are not to be displayed for sale at the art show.

Festival buttons must be worn by all entrees and may be obtained at the show.
